Specifications
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 865 processor and comes with 6GB of RAM which is a massive jump from 4GB which was standard for this With such high specs, you will hear loud cries for another processor upgrade. This was not something we expected; instead, we saw more announcements about OnePlus phones entering global markets, and while these devices may have some similarities to the Xiaomi Note 11T 5G, they are both based on different mobile platforms, like Android 10 and iOS 14 respectively.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T also supports dual rear cameras which include 48MP primary 12MP wide and 12MP ultra-wide (U-PDAF) sensors as well as OPEI's OPEI X3+ ultra-wide sensor. Not only does it support U-PDAF, but it has been designed specifically to meet the needs of those who want a triple camera setup, making it extremely powerful. 6mm (12MP front and back sensors), and other hardware features in all four sensors.
The chipset has also seen major upgrades, including an 18nm design and increased power efficiency. Overall, there is much more powerful processor here than the one found in the redmi note 9.5 and redmi note 8 (though, that doesn't stop the rest of the spec list from being quite impressive) Octa-core processors, which means that we must expect even higher performance. In addition, because of all four individual camera modules, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T is able to achieve up to 6,000mAh battery, while OnePlus' OnePlus One can hold a mere 2,500mAh capacity, making it far superior to other smartphones in terms of energy. Of course, when it comes to battery life, many users have complained over how long and slow their phones are taking charge (something we can say about both handsets). As with most models, however, our experience so far seems to agree with that opinion.
Features
The first thing that stands out for us right away is that we are getting two screens (one physical and then one over cellular networks). We had already known that this was only going to happen thanks to the Chinese company. This is also the case regarding the display technology, since the device only gets supported touch functionality (swipe gestures, pinch gesture) and Touch ID system, among others, according to the OnePlus.
This new version takes advantage of OLED technology, which offers better contrast and color accuracy than LCD. Also new is the inclusion of adaptive refresh rate, which allows your screens to dynamically switch back and forth between 60h and 120h speeds, depending on how fast your device was turned off or on at the time of use (60fps for low battery), allowing the user some really cool features like smooth scrolling through apps or movies. The latter feature might come particularly handy if you plan on having multiple apps open simultaneously and keep switching between them (we hope this feature makes it easier to get access to several applications that each require specific amounts of processing power).
You will need to download the app to enter into the main settings menu and do find yourself staring at endless ads. At least we were able to navigate to certain sections and menus within apps without any hassle or issues. There were definitely a few things that could be improved upon, such as adding shortcuts and notification bar icons, but overall, we were satisfied.
Features like double tap gestures to scroll through widgets or swipes are new additions to the Redmi Note 8 and note9.5, however. It seems as though the new OS also brings several additional useful functions, such as text-to-speech (TTS) and night mode for dark scenes. That said, we have no idea whether or not this feature will arrive on the Redmi Note 11T in some manner. If it does, we would like to see it brought across devices in the future. So let us just say that we are hoping that TTS and the ability to toggle between light and darkness will get baked into existing devices in the near future. We are also looking forward to seeing Night Mode become one of the standard features on Redmi Note 8 and note9.5 devices. And we are sure there are other new features out there waiting to surprise everyone!
Price
It is true that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T comes with prices that mirror what we have heard about OnePlus smartphones before. When comparing the two devices, there are a couple minor differences in pricing, including the lack of 128GB storage compared to OnePlus’s 16GB variant. Otherwise, the phone uses either 256GB or 512GB of storage options. On the software side of things, both of these are relatively similar, with a few minor tweaks, although the 64GB option is slightly larger.
Despite the slight changes made on both sides of the equation, the cost is still lower, albeit not exactly cheap. As usual, if you want a premium experience, this will always be an excellent smartphone for you. That being said, unless you are willing to spend thousands of dollars, you could opt to go with the OnePlus Note 8 or Note 9 instead of paying Both offer great value compared to the competition of today and are great options for when upgrading yours phone.
If you haven't been informed so far, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T does look like a brilliant device, offering a fantastic experience and quality when it comes to photography and video. Of course, if that wasn't enough, this is also a good value for the money. Although at present, the biggest issue we are concerned with is battery life. We would not be surprised to see the aforementioned features arrive in the next Mi Watch 2. In turn, that should make the REDMI NOTE 11T 5G an even better compact and low-cost smartphone. Of course, there is also the possibility that the Xiaomi Note 11T 5G would receive a big update with improved features. If you haven't decided whether you are planning on purchasing the Xiaomi Note 11T 5G anytime soon, this certainly feels like a solid and safe bet If you have any questions about which handset is best for you, I would recommend the OnePlus Note 8 and the OnePlus. Neither OnePlus's latest flagship has been bad so far. Given the current circumstances surrounding the pandemic, we cannot deny the fact that this year has been pretty tough on almost every single person around the world, and if anything, this has affected people to the point of becoming depressed.
Now matters template the Xiaomi Note 11T 5G might sounded. After all, as with most brand names in the smartphone business today, we are expecting improvements and upgrades with regularity. Especially considering that you still don't know how long we will have to wait for these features to show up on smartphones in the future, we'd go with the OnePlus Note 8 because this is the only way we will ever get to see the benefits of what the Redmi Note 11T 5G has to offer. Unless of course, it'll finally announce that major leap in performance and battery efficiency before it arrives. Either way, the Xiaomi Note 11T 5G could end up being a good value to consider.
